VVDI2 is a multifunctional automotive diagnostic platform,mainly for automotive maintenance(replace 2nd parts,
diagnostics, keys, mileage etc.This article is a solution for “Cannot find VVDI2”.

Problem:
When i connect the Xhorse VVDI2 key programmer with computer, however i click on any function, it just prompt “Can’t find VVDI2. Reconnect VVDI2 and try again”

Possible reason & solution:

From the Picture,the VVDI2 software is V3.0.2,but the firmware is V4.0.0.Software is not compatible with the hardware.
Please use xhorse updata kit software update ro newest firmware,then install V4.0.0 VVDI2 software,it will be OK.

All our Xhorse tools software and firmware please keep matched,and needs to use the newest software version.

Notice:

Software is too old to work with the newer firmware.

Keep your VVDI 2 software as new as firmware version. It will work.

Update software to 6.5.1, firmware to 6.5.0 with the Xhorse upgrade kit
