1.Does software support key learning?

When you put car in Factory mode – you will have fucnitonality from the car to learn key

2.Is it possible to custom adjust things like regen braking & enable video etc or is it just a diag tool with no in depth programming functions like the t-can tool?

Yes – possible to do that – this is coding functionality.

3.Are all functions working on unrooted cars?

Yes. All functions work on non rooted cars.
